Only a short distance to attractions, including Bovisand Beach. There was a free Wi Fi. Super base for a weekend in Plymouth.
Upper floor room had view over fishing boat dock and harbour towards the Barbican. Useful parking (ask for the permit at reception). Only 10 minute walk to either city centre, shops, or Barbican, or university.
Window didn't shut properly and was rather noisy in the wind.
the central location of this hotel with parking is of great help when staying in plymouth
i have to say the staff at your hotel were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent and very good value for money, and catered for everyones taste,i would certainly stay there again, and have already reccomended it to friends who are staying in plymouth next week.
Very well situated, convenient for ferry port
The hotel looks very fresh ( new ). Location is very handy for seeing the Barbican and surrounding area.
Convenient as an operating base, comfortable but relatively expensive for budget hotel chain
Room alloacted looks over industrial estate and was noisy from 6:30 am
the road was verry noisy
One of the friendliest Premier Inns we have stayed at.
Straightforward - exactly what we would expect from Premier Inn.
excellent staff, service, and for us, location. Spotlessly clean and superbly appointed for a "budget" hotel. Will stop agaon
We had a very comfortable stay, great breakfast too
The Receptionist Hayley is superb. When we arrived on Saturday lunchtime she was dealing with a very arrogant rude man who was demanding the keys for his friend's room.Hayley was explaining that he hadn't paid yet so she was unable to allow this. All the time she was polite and firm and calm. My friend and I were very impressed. If Premier Inn are looking for someone to teach customer service then Hayley would be an ideal choice. Well Done!
Friendly staff, good meal in restaurant although rump steak was rather tough but ok and good choice for breakfast.
Only one bath towel - had to request another one. Lack of loo paper!!!!!! for 2 days! Bed not made on second day - dirty glasses left too!
Hotel was near enough to the Barbican to walk and also the town centre.
The room was great, but as it is a double for 2 people, there needs to be 2 armchairs and 2 chairs at the desk. I do not want to have to sit on the bed or a desk chair to relax and one of us had to do that. A small thing, but the toilet roll holder was broken, but the room was very nice.
